Revved Automotive Consulting is the culmination of 30 years of passion for the automotive aftermarket and its people. Our Principle, Sean Sawyer, spent the first half of his career thinking it was about the cars, until he realized the leverage that relationships and business systems had on the personal and financial success of the automotive businesses he was surrounded by. After years of defacto "small business consulting," and then rebuilding the operations department for a major player in the Low Volume Automotive manufacturing space, Sean re-dedicated his career to training small business owners how to be successful through managing relationships. Strong businesses are built through a strong company culture of accountability and holding to basic business principles often overlooked in this segment of the automotive industry.
